Wholesale Return & Refund Policy. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item, simply send us a photo of the item via email or chat. We’ll issue a refund—no questions asked.

Non-Defective Returns:
If you no longer need an item but it is in working condition, you may return it for a refund. We accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date. No questions asked.

Exchanges:
We do not process exchanges. All approved returns will be refunded.

Return Shipping:
We do not provide return shipping labels under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
